Gettysburg's Portal System: What We've Learned

Gettysburg began designing its portal system in 1995 and implemented it in 1997. With this long history of implementation, we have learned a lot about portals and processes surrounding them. In this presentation we will look at the key properties of our portal and how they have driven business process, forced new partnerships, and other positive (and some not so positive) outcomes.
