Utilizing the Tegrity WebLearner for Classroom Presentation Capture and Streaming

The Tegrity Web Learner is a combination of Hardware and Software that is commercially available. It allows for the presentation of powerpoint presentations and will capture any additional annotations that might be made during the presentation. It also allows for the realtime capture of lectures and then will stream the captured information from a server for on-demand recall of the presentation, or it can be used for real-time broadcasting of lectures to physically distant computer. Its capabilities allow for several applications in distance learning and faculty training.
