E-publishing has become an alternative and inexpensive method to compete with traditional publication. Educators have access to a myriad of applications software and web authoring tools to produce lively publications. This paper starts by covering HTML as the basis for creating a website. There is a discussion of DHTML and JavaScript and the ease of adopting pre-existing codes to suit the writer's needs. Other commercial software such Adobe Acrobat Writer-Reader, PowerPoint, FrontPage will be discussed also. This research will examine the maturity and availability of e-books software in the market. Finally the paper will cover the implications of E-publishing regarding how we access and view information.
