Baldwin-Wallace College (FTE 3700) completed a college-wide Strategic Plan in November 2000. This plan included the directive for a new institutional Strategic Plan for Information Technology. In Spring 2002, the President called upon the Information Technology Strategic Planning Committee (previously created as a result of the 1994 IT Strategic Plan) to begin work on updating and implementing the new plan.
This session will:
- Discuss the planning process from Task Force selection through presentation to the Board of Trustees
- Present an overview of the plan, including a proposed budget
- Review our implementation strategy for the first year (possibly using the Balanced Scorecard method)
- Report on areas of success and/or failure
