Through the use of web-based technologies, Educational Technology Services (ETS) has been able to successfully support and grow distance learning programs and enhance teaching and learning.
This session presentation is designed to introduce participants to ways to enhance the overall online teaching/learning environment through the use of view on-demand presentations (asynchronous communication) and emerging audio/video technologies (synchronous communication).
Participants will see examples of asynchronous and synchronous sessions hosted by Clemson University faculty and staff for both academic courses and training sessions. Also, there will be an open discussion of lessons learned by ETS and Clemson University faculty, including bandwidth, file size, video and other considerations.
