Until recently, only a small group of faculty at Miami University taught online. As demand for online courses has grown, this group recognized a need for a centralized organization to support the development of online courses. What started as a small grass-roots group has quickly grown to an officially sanctioned university center supporting all three of Miami's campuses. Come hear how the newly established Center of Online Learning (CoOL) came into being, how it is structured and what support is offered to faculty.
